Service Policies

A $50 service charge applies to the following situations:

Cancellations within 24 hours.
No-call no-shows.
Stoves too hot for service. We recommend having no fire in your unit for 24 hours prior to servicing. Hot embers sucked into the vacuum may result in an extra fee. These embers not only destroy the vacuum filter, they are a fire hazard.

Weather conditions may warrant rescheduling.
